When does the 14-Day Trial start, and how fast do we launch?

The trial starts the moment ads go live, not during setup. After the onboarding process (usually takes 1-2 business days, depending on your availability too) we run a quick pre-launch QA call to test forms, SMS, and calendar routing. After we agreed on everything we set the campaign to launch the next morning (your time) so Day 1 can actually book.

What do you need from us, and how much time does it take?

Completing a survey before the onboarding call with key information about your clinic so we can make the integration seamless, and about 30–45 minutes on the onboarding call itself. During the call we’ll request Meta access (or create it), connect your calendar, confirm the services you want, and approve a couple of ad angles. You pay ad spend directly in your ad account; we handle the rest.

Our front desk is busy. Who handles follow-up and booking?

We do. Every lead gets an SMS within 2–3 minutes. Our AI handles the back-and-forth, a human steps in when needed, and we book straight into your calendar in the slots you approve. You receive instant notifications and see every conversation; your team doesn’t chase.

How do we set ad spend for the trial?

We decide it together on the kickoff call based on your goals, services, and market. Ad spend is paid directly in your ad account (we don’t mark it up). More budget = faster, steadier bookings. We can start modest and ramp once we see traction. If a target is underfunded for your area, we’ll say so upfront.

Ad spend is a separate cost and always paid by the clinic.

What counts as a “qualified appointment”?

Correct contact info, responds to SMS, wants the service you chose, and accepts a time on your calendar. Wrong numbers, unresponsive, or “just curious” don’t count.

How do you cut no-shows?

We build show-up safeguards: confirmation flow, reminder texts (1 day + 6 hours), easy reschedule, and optional deposit for higher-value services. Patterned no-shows are flagged; obvious tire-kickers are de-prioritized. If quality is off, we adjust hooks, form questions, and audiences fast. This is active management, not “set and forget.”

What should we realistically expect during those 14 days?

A working acquisition loop with real bookings and clear data: ads → lead → fast SMS → qualification → booked slot. Speed varies by service and market (implants/aligners take longer than hygiene), but the goal is simple: prove the mechanism and book patients, not pad vanity lead numbers. You’ll see daily activity and a clean summary on the review call.

What happens after the trial?

Month-to-month by default. No long contracts. On the review call we go over results and fees; we continue only if it’s clearly worth it. Our stance: On retainer because it pays for itself. If it doesn’t, it shouldn’t.
