These providers are contractually limited to using data only to provide their services.

International Transfers

HIPAA Note

Where required by a clinic, we support HIPAA-conscious workflows and can execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). By default we limit intake to contact + service interest and avoid PHI.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for booking, support, and legal obligations. You may request deletion.
