1) Services

Elysium Vision Agency SRL provides patient acquisition and appointment-booking for dental clinics, including ads management, automated/human follow-up, and scheduling into the clinic’s calendar.

2) Trial Start

The 14-Day Trial begins when ads go live after a pre-launch QA (forms, SMS deliverability, calendar routing). Setup time does not count toward the 14 days.

3) Term & Renewal

Month-to-month by default. Either party may cancel before the next billing date. We also offer an optional 3-Month Performance Sprint by mutual agreement.

4) Fees & Ad Spend

Retainer/fees are confirmed on the review/sales call and order form.

Ad spend is paid by Client directly to ad platforms; we do not mark up media.

Late or failed payments may pause services. Fees are not pro-rated for partial months.

5) Client Responsibilities

Provide timely access to Meta Business Suite/Page/Ad Account, calendars, and reasonable approvals; maintain agreed budgets; keep sufficient booking slots available.

6) Qualified Appointments

“Booked, qualified” means correct contact info, service fit confirmed via messaging, and an accepted time on Client’s calendar. Wrong numbers, unresponsive leads, or general inquiries do not count.

7) No-Show Mitigation

We provide confirmations and reminders and can implement optional deposits at Client request. Clinic policy/fees remain Client’s responsibility.

8) Data & Compliance

We operate HIPAA-conscious workflows and can execute a BAA upon request. Client agrees to use collected data according to applicable laws and its own patient policies.

9) Intellectual Property

Elysium Vision retains ownership of frameworks, automations, templates, and creative concepts. Client receives a non-exclusive license to use deliverables during the term. Client owns its data, accounts, and booked appointments.

10) Confidentiality

Both parties will protect each other’s non-public information and use it only for the engagement.

11) Disclaimers & Limits

Performance varies by market, budget, offer, and seasonality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect/consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 90 days.

12) Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience before renewal, or for material breach after written notice and a reasonable cure period.

13) Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Romania. Venue: competent courts of Alba County, Romania.
